RETURNED CHECKS: A check that has been returned will have a $25.00 service charge. Once a check has been returned, we may  no longer accept the business’s check but only money orders or credit card payment.
BREAKAGE: Any claims for damaged merchandise must be made with us within 3 DAYS of receipt of shipment. Hold the item along with the box an d packaging materials for 10 days if UPS issues a “call tag”.
RETURNED GOODS: No merchandise is to be returned without our permission.  We guarantee quality but if you return any goods that were sent correctly by us as ordered, there will be a 20% handling charge. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Positively no goods accepted for return after 30 days. Please include a copy of our invoice with returned  merchandise.
CUSTOM WORK: We guarantee quality, but custom work is not returnable.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS: If payment is not received within 30 days, credit will be canceled. Balances will be added to new orders and sent only COD. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge, 18% annual rate plus  processing fees.
PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for misquoted prices by our agents, but we must charge the current catalog prices.
CATALOG RESALE: You must contact us to discuss your inclusion of our pottery in your catalog. The description should mention “Pied Potter Hamelin” or “Kulina Folk Art”. There will be no posting of our pictures on websites without our permission.
PICK-UP: Orders cannot be picked up at our studio and we don’t have a showroom. Please make an appointment if you want to visit us.

ORDERING: UPS shipments within 8 weeks of order unless we inform you otherwise.
MINIMUM ORDER: $180.00, to reduce UPS and packing materials charges.
BACK ORDERS: We ship back-ordered items unless you notify us.

TERMS: All orders must be paid with VISA, MASTER CARD (includes debit cards), prepayment with a business check. We will hold the order until the until the check clears. We may approve a credit account if purchases exceed $750.00 a year. In that case, we request 5 trade references (updated phone numbers and addresses) and the name of your bank.
